Newly Merged Imperial Dade, BradyPlus Announce New Name

The $10 billion combined company has a workforce of more than 13,000.

Janitorial-sanitation distributors Imperial Dade and BradyPlus announced Friday that their merged operations will feature parts of each business’ name in a new corporate identity.

The new name, officials said, honors its “family-owned heritage,” while its brand and logo “convey strength and stability, rooted in deep industry experience.” The new moniker and branding will expand across “different brand touchpoints” over the coming months.

“This is an exciting moment for our company and our industry. Our new name brings together the strengths of both organizations and shows our commitment to serving our customers,” Imperial Brady CEO Jason Tillis said in a statement. “We are focused on working as one team for our customers, employees and supplier partners.”

The company says that the distributor of jan-san, packaging and foodservice products now has a workforce of more than 13,000 and annual revenues of about $10 billion.
