Imperial Dade’s Canadian division has reached an agreement to acquire a distributor of paper, packaging and janitorial products in western Canada, company officials announced Thursday.

Enterprise Paper, the company said, operates locations in British Columbia and Alberta and would enhance Imperial Dade Canada’s offering to both customers and vendors across the country.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"Enterprise Paper has earned the trust of their customers the right way through consistency, care, and a genuine commitment to service,” Imperial Dade Canada President Stephane Lapointe said in a statement. “That is a story we are proud to be a part of.”

The announcement followed the merger of Imperial Dade and fellow jan-san and packaging supplier BradyPlus earlier this year.
