California Company Recalls '2 Minute Noodles'

The packets may contain undeclared peanuts.

MILPITAS, Calif. — New India Bazar is recalling 2,400 packets of Maggi 2 Minute Noodles 280g and 1,200 packets Maggi 2 Minute Noodles 560g because they may contain undeclared peanut allergen. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to peanuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

This product is packed in a yellow plastic pouch and comes in two different packaging: 280 grams and 560 grams. The product has a label with the specific name Maggie 2 Minute Noodles. The 280 grams packaging has an expiration date of December 2023, and the packaging 560 grams has an expiration date of January 2024. No illnesses have been reported to this date.
