The SetLine Wrap-around Packer is a multi-functional, versatile end-of-line packaging system that enables a wide variety of packaging solutions for a variety of products. The machine is capable of packing single cups, cup sets and bottles of various shapes and sizes directly into trays or cases, and also can dispaly presentation sleeves. The Setline is capable of packaging cups up to 140mm in height at speeds up to 43,000/hr, and bottles of the same maximum height at speeds up to 30,000/hr. The Setline is an all-in-one machine that provides the ability to sleeve primary packs into multi-packs prior to packing them into trays/cases. Due to its modular design, the machine can stand alone or be linked directly to filling equipment. This versatility helps ensure not only the highest flexibility in product packing, but also significant cost savings. Setline can be combined with OYSTAR A+F Tray Erectors. Furthermore, the company suports the integration of Setline into production environments by providing all upstream products and trays, as well as downstream components up to and including co mplete palletizing solutions.
