GF PRO gravity flow metal detectors are designed for the inspection of free falling products in vertical packaging applications. Zero Metal Free Zone (ZMFZ) technology eliminates the need to allow space between the metal detector head and th emetal components of the production line where it will be installed, allowing it to be placed in the confined space between the outlet of a multi-head weigher and the inlet to a VFFS bag maker. The Power-Phase PRO electronics platform is available in fixed or multi-frequency configurations. Detectors in the Power-Phase PRO group utilize the latest in communications technology, enabling them to send email or text messages to key personnel. The system benefits from an advanced detection coil system and new detector head geometry that delivers high levels of sensitivity. Applications include inspection of snack foods, cereals, confectionary and individually quick frozen (IQF) products.
