Madison Chemical (Madison, IN) offers their DairyClean DESTROYER, a non-foaming, heavy-duty, alkaline food plant detergent for cleaning tough food processing soils and burned-on deposits. Additional applications include separators, evaporators and other equipment in dairy and juice plants. DESTROYER acts both chemically and physically on food soils, emulsifying oils and fats, dispersing proteinaceous soils, and breaking down carbohydrates. It’s acceptable as an A2 compound for use only in soak tanks or with steam or mechanical cleaning devices.
