Amylu Foods announced Tuesday that it has launched a new line of organic chicken sausages.
The products feature a natural casing and join the company's organic chicken lineup, which previously included meatballs and burgers. The new sausage line offers "Apple," "Sweet Italian," "Spinach & Feta" and "Basil & Cracked Black Pepper" flavors.
The sausages were launched at Harris Teeter, Fresh Thyme and Gelson's locations.
"Our customers are increasingly seeking organic, clean-label protein options that don't sacrifice flavor or quality — and this new line is our answer to that demand," Amylu ice President of Marketing Ashlee Leo said in the announcement.
