Lechler, Inc. offers two separate lines of tank cleaning nozzles, which require adherence to 3A sanitary standards. Each product uses a sanitary slip-on pin to connect to the inlet and has a smooth, slick finish to ensure that all sprayed fluid drips off the nozzle and does not adhere to it. The PTFE Whirly model is a free spinning tank cleaner which has only an internal slide bearing for rotation and is self-lubricating and self-flushing. It comes in ¾” and 1” tube connections. The Stainless Steel Spray Ball is a static, non-rotating nozzle that comes in ¾”, 1½”, and 2” inlet connections. The materials from which both of these nozzles are made are compliant with FDA requirements. Each nozzle is appropriate for use in sanitary environments.
