The PTF4 Pivotrol® is a high-capacity pressure powered condensate pump which covers a wider motive pressure range. This version can be operated by steam, air or other pressurized gases and covers a complete pressure range up to 200 psig. The unit is designed as a solution to reduce excessive maintenance and energy consumption common with such pumps used in industrial facilities. The integral electronic cycle counters monitor the unit's performance. Patented vent assist valves release pressure in the pump body during the exhaust stroke for faster filling and overall cycling, leading to higher capacity.
