This re-usable working platform is for use inside concical shaped vessels. This platform is safe and quickly installed. The product is modular and designed individually for fast installation. Product can be installed almost all conical process vessels like reactors, Nauta-style mixer/dryers and single shaft dryers and mixers. The typical design has three modules, each below 30 kg, and includes diverse customized covers and rubber protections that are 1.400 mm in diameter.
Product features include:
- Fast and easy installation
- Modular design allowing installation via may-way or other vessel nozzles
- Low weight — each module below 70 lbs.
- Easy handling — only a few bolts have to be fixed for a safe installation of the platform
- Rubber pads to protect the vessel's wall surface
- Rescue hatches or any other requested openings are possible
- Additional features like ladders are availble
