Filling & Capping System

The Ring Dex filling & capping system is ideal for processing small bottles, tubes and vials in compact and affordable bench top package. It features a true file based control system requiring no PC for operation. Setup of fill volumes, capping torques and check weights is done with simple pre-programmed graphical interfaces screens. Production data for each container is time and date stamped with its recorded fill weight. This history file may be uploaded for documentation and reporting requirements. The system includes an on-board calibration routine.
