Cooling Air Unit provides cold, dry compressed air for industrial processes including cooling molds, metal and glass production and maintaining inks at consistent temperatures. The unit is easy to install and maintain and produces an outlet air temperature of 40°F in normal operation. This non-cycling refrigerated dryer has an air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger, a 3 micron separator and a drain. Smaller models include a float-type drain, and larger models include a capacitance-sensor operated drain.
