Winding System is a software-based level unit that uses sensors to monitor and coordinate spool rotational speed relative to material accumulation at the spool flanges. Sensors monitor the line feed speed of the wire, the spool rotational speed and the linear speed/position of the traversing item. When material accumulation at the spool flanges is uneven, the product will automatically make required adjustments based on software analysis of the sensor data. Warped or damaged spool flanges do not interfere with the unit. It is suitable for spooling wire with a diameter of 0.2 to 5 mm and spool rotational speeds of 3,000 rpm.
