Steam Efficient Blancher

The Steam Efficient Blancher offers minimal steam usage using the heat/hold process. This results in reduced effluent containing fewer BODs, CODs and solids. Minimal exposure to steam means better color, flavor and texture, and minimal leaching of solids means an improved yield. The product is P.L.C.-controlled for consistent performance. The unit is custom engineered to meet each customer's specific needs.
