The Aerating System produces light aerated masses for products in the baking, confectionery and dairy industries to achieve better mouthfeel, finer taste and more attractive appearance. The unit features a rotor-stator-type mixer of stainless steel, and meshing square pins produce homogenous mixing results. A frequency-controlled motor drives the mixing head and feeding pump. A control system maintains uniform mixing conditions and quality for continuous production and at capacity changes.
