High Shear Vacuum Mixer

The LCI-V high shear mixer is made from 316 stainless steel wetted parts and offers a 1 HP variable speed drive for operation up to 10,000 rpm. The product features four stator heads: slotted, square hole, fine screen and round hole. A temperature probe monitors batch temperature, and the unit includes raw material addition ports in the cover. Controls include tachometer, timer, speed, power draw and authomated raise/lower. Models are available to production sizes exceeding 250 HP in either batch or inline configuration.
