Flexible Screw Conveyor

The Model P30 Flexible Screw Conveyor features non-metallic contact surfaces with inlet hoppers, hopper top covers, outer casings, drive boxes, drive box top covers and discharge transitions all manufactured and seam welded with natural Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Plastic (UHMW-PE). A metal framework is used to provide structural support for the inlet hoppers and drive boxes. Quick release T-handle compression couplings clamp the outer casing to the inlet hopper and the drive box assemblies and allow easy disassembly and reassembly.
