Spear Tip pH Sensor

The S175CD Spear Tip Piercing pH Electrode is ideal for measuring the pH of semi-solid material samples such as meat, sausage and cheese. The product features a rugged glass measuring spear-shaped tip, which is enclosed in a durable, nearly unbreakable epoxy body. Its gel-filled, double-junction reference design provides protection from contaminating samples and provides extended service life if used with samples that interact with silver ions. The product features a measurement range of 0 to 14 pH (Na+ error > 12.3 pH). It operates for excursions up to higher temperatures and has a pH response speed > 90% in 5 to 7 seconds.
