Pneumatic Line Magnets

The series of Pneumatic Line Magnets is used to remove fine metal contaminants in dilute-phase pneumatic conveying. The unit features a sanitary design in all product contact areas, quick-release clamps for easy opening and closing, 100% stainless steel product areas and Rare Earth magnet material. A food grade, closed cell gasket offers a permanent seal, virtually eliminating the need to replace gaskets. A seam-welded magnetic stainless steel "raised" pole desisgn improves tramp metal retention between cleaning. The product is easy to install in vertical or horizontal 4" piping. A quick-clean removable magnet element allows for easy removal of tramp metal "wash-off" from product flow.
