Sanitary Pipeline Mixer

The Greerco® Sanitary Pipeline Mixer provides flexible, cost-efficient in-line processing while meeting the need for rapid and easy cleaning. Engineered to 3A, USDA and FDA criteria, the machine features a skewed turbine/stator unit which operates at tight tolerances for continuous high-speed, high-shear processing. The system can achieve precise product uniformity in applications involving homogenization, mixing, dispersion and emulsion. The product offers a variety of sanitary features such as sanitary threads on the shaft and turbine for secure, easy-to-clean connections. All welds are ground and polished to prevent material entrapment. The body is equipped with sanitary, clamp-style couplings for easy disassembly without tools.
