The model 4P-16 automatic fudge depositing system is ideal for automatic depositing of fudge, chocolate, caramel or ganache. The unit includes special positive shutoff spouts to spread the product within the tray, cup or mold. Product features available include heated machines, hopper agitation and moving spouts. Tray denesting and conveyors are provided to automate the process.
