PACK EXPO Coverage: Stainless Steel Speed Reducers, Booth #7742

Stainless Steel 700 Series Worm Gear Speed Reducers are designed to withstand the rigors of food and beverage processing and packaging applications that require frequent caustic washdowns.

Company will be showcasing its Stainless Steel 700 Series Worm Gear Speed Reducers at this year's PACK EXPO in Chicago. The series is designed to withstand the rigors of food and beverage processing and packaging applications that require frequent caustic washdowns. The series provides maximum corrosion resistance in challenging washdown environments. The housing, motor flange and carrier are crafted from 316SS to endure tough, high-pressure washdowns. The integral input worm and shaft are made from high-strength, case-hardened alloy steel for long-lasting performance. A rounded housing design, plastic hardware covers and a two-piece mounting base prevent particle accumulation or fluid pooling on or under the unit. The mounting base has the same footprint of the standard 700 Series for easy replacement. A large internal oil reservoir is filled with H1 foodgrade lubricant and sealed for life, providing a wide range of operating temperatures and extended wear life.
