The Sanitary Servo Drive Auger Filler is engineered to address the unique processing requirements involved with filling sensitive dry ingredients. All product contact surfaces are made from stainless steel for easy maintenance and to resist corrosion. All permanent joints in metal product contact surfaces are continuously welded, polished and free of imperfections. No threats or fasteners are permitted in any portion of the system that is in contact with the product being filled. Splash guards and other features further prevent product from being contaminated. Through the utilization of BFM® fittings, Company has also eliminated the need for hose clamps to connect the infeed system to the auger. These unique, flexible connectors are cleaner, safer and offer a longer lifespan than standard fittings. They may also be removed quickly and easily, without the use of tools, for cleaning.
