The Hyponic Gearmotor and Reducer is designed for the food and beverage industry. The standard antimicrobial NSF 51 powder coated exterior and harsh duty seals provide maximum wash down protection. The patented gear technology enables the system to perform at efficiency ratings an average of 10 to 15% higher then competitive “worm” gear reducers. The product is available in a UL Certified integral design, along with the standard Quill and C-face coupled adapter design. It is stocked in standard inventory ranges of 1/8 Hp to 15 Hp and ratios of 5:1 to 1440:1. The variety of output configurations, solid stainless steel output shaft and stainless steel hollow bore output shaft, creates an ideal product for an array of applications.
