Gage can also be set up to capture the axial force during transit. Product can be configured by the user and will record data once the user-set pressure threshold is met. This allows tracking and comparison of pressure variations over time so abnormalities can be corrected before container or content loss occurs. It fits any shape or size can or bottle. System includes flash data storage up to 20,000 samples with up to 500 readings per second. Data can be transferred easily from product to another computer using a micro USB connector or wirelessly through either provided software or an Excel program for analysis and line operation tracking. The standard full-scale capacity is 500 pounds, optionally 1000 pounds.
