Company has launched YES!, a new global rapid availability program for its line of APEX metal detectors. The program addresses a variety of time-critical issues ranging from crisis response for recalls to production disruptions due to equipment failure. In most countries around the world, food processing facilities will now be able to take delivery of a new metal detector in less than 48 hours, versus the industry standard of four-to-six weeks. The program also helps minimize the impact of production line shutdowns due to a metal detector going offline. With more grocery chains and big box retailers mandating foreign object contamination inspection for the food products sold on their store shelves, the rapid availability program is also ideal for last-minute customer audits.
