Company's torque transducers measure torque and speed at the same time, including an integrated speed measurement system. The units are specifically designed to work in harsh environments such as those that contain humidity, condensation, dust, oil and grease. Each unit features:

  • A more robust and stable transducer signal than that of an optical system
  • Integrated magnetic technology which saves space and makes installation easier
  • Optional speed measurement sensors which let the device measure both torque and speed (rpm) at the same time
  • Measuring speeds with a 1024 pulse output, which provides users a higher resolution as compared to the 60 or 360 pulses than traditional optical systems provide
  • High tolerance of application-related vibrations because of a radial or axial distance between the sensor and the magnetic ring that is only 2.5-mm
  • Torque measuring ranges of up to 80,000 Newton-meters with low measurement uncertainty and good temperature stability
  • Up to 0.03% of full scale linearity and hysteresis combined, with standard response times of 1000, 3000, 6000 and 10,000 Hz options
