The Dok-Lok® RHR-4000 Rotating Hook Restraint incorporates a shadow hook which adds another layer of protection against trailer separation accidents. In addition to having a substantial wrap on rear-impact guards, the unit secures intermodal containers with rear-impact guard obstructions. The unit secures a semi-trailer or intermodal chassis to a loading dock by engaging the rear-impact guard (RIG) with a shadow hook. The shadow hook features an innovative, rotating design that protects against trailer separation. The unit is positioned automatically by a backing trailer and easily adjusts to varying RIG heights.
