Stainless steel Rotary Magnet removes ferrous and weakly-charged magnetic particles from powder flows that tend to clog stationary magnetic grates. Powerful rare earth magnet tubes rotate inside the powder stream while product passes through, attracting and retaining the unwanted ferrous particles. Rotary action provides the highest product-to-magnet contact ratio for optimum separation efficiency, while also breaking apart lumps and cohesive materials that could pack the product stream. Precision, machined-fit housing and endplate provide a dust-tight, leak-free design with no gasket required. Each magnet rod is pull tested and documented.
