DayLube high-performance nano-ceramic, food-grade grease extends the service life of lift truck wheel bearings for frozen food processing and handling facilities. Previously, maintenance personnel greased wheel bearings weekly, but still experienced significant failures within 7 days. After switching to Product, maintenance intervals were extended to six weeks with virtually no failures, which decreased labor input and increased profit margins. This high-performance grease maintains its original viscosity and adhesion even after daily pressure washing. Product is ideal for extreme environments, including heat and cold, dusty, dirty, wet, humidity and more. NSF-H1 Food Grade Certified, Product operates in temperature ranges from -40°F to 800?F – and the nanoceramic particles remain intact to 2500°F. It survived the ASTME 4-ball weld test with no weld and minimal damage to all ball bearings. Product is available in 16-ounce tubes and 16-ounce jars, as well as 1-gallon and 5-gallon pails.
