System safely inverts drums, then empties the materials into an existing process. MTS hydraulic Lift & Seal System docks drum to a gasketed pour cone for dust-tight operation, and a clean working environment. Pour cone features a discharge nozle, and vibcrator mounting channel. System regulates flow of material by utilizing a high strength manual butterfly valve with a Nylon-11 coated disc. A patented Control Link Rotation System provides controlled 180 degrees drum rotation for maximum product discharge. All product contact surfaces are type 304 stainless steel.
