BRAMPTON, ONTARIO — Embassy Ingredients, a manufacturer with over 40 years of experience in bakery ingredients and flavors, announced Feb. 24 a $3 million dollar expansion and processing upgrades to their existing facility in Toronto.

“This is an exciting announcement for our team and customers as we invest to meet customer demands,” said Martino Brambilla, President of Embassy Ingredients.

The upcoming expansion reinforces the company’s strategic decision to dramatically increase raw material inventory to buffer the supply chain issues all manufacturers have been facing over the past year. Increasing warehouse and manufacturing space from 55,000 square feet to approximately 90,000 square feet will assist in executing this strategy seamlessly.

This major capital project will expand flavor manufacturing capabilities and increase production capacity by adding a second automated dry blending line. This investment is aligned with Embassy’s expertise to offer industry-leading customized bakery ingredients and flavors and allows for continued growth.

Embassy Ingredients combines creativity and science to provide customers with the best innovative flavors and bakery ingredients available. Whether you need a specific flavor, customized bakery base, functional ingredient or a completely integrated signature bakery product – Embassy delivers. We formulate, test and manufacture a wide range of flavors and bakery ingredients ensuring that taste, quality and performance are built into every product.
