The UniBin is a patented Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) designed to replace square or rectangular corrugated boxes of all sizes.

The UniBin’s special design features are the access doors which can be located on one or more sides of the IBC. The access door allows for easy accessibility for workers to load and unload the UniBin IBC. The UniBin can be stacked up to four units high, utilizing warehouse space more efficiently than any other packaging available. The UniBin is the most compact IBC in the market when collapsed, adding to warehouse space savings, labor savings and transportation savings. Additionally, the UniBin can be repositioned at a fraction of the cost of any other IBC.

There are two main variations of the UniBin: the first version has a door that swings open left to right, and the second version has a door the opens top to bottom.  A re-usable divider systems option is also available to separate the storage area into multiple compartments, similar to a wine box.

The main benefits of the UniBin include the ability to reuse the unit hundreds of times significantly reducing packaging costs and increasing sustainability.  In addition, UniBins eliminate corrugated fiber contamination from a facility, and reduces packaging disposal costs. Ergonomics are also drastically improved as workers no longer need to overextend themselves attempting to reach product in the bottom of a box or use box cutters to access product at the bottom of the box. In addition they fold into a compact unit when not in use.
