It's summer, which means a lot of us are taking vacations, and that includes us. Our offices (and remote workspaces) will be closed the week of July 5-9 as our staff takes some rest & relaxation before attacking the second half of the year beginning July 12. That means you won't see a Food Manufacturing newsletter in your email inbox until then. We will, however, deploy our Food Weekly newsletter on Tuesday, July 6.
