Smithfood: Food Safety Threat?

Concerns deepen over a recent deal by which Chinese meat processor Smithfield Foods would buy American meat giant Smithfield Foods. Critics of the deal are now saying that increasing U.S. exports to China could have a serious and negative impact on U.S. food safety.
