The Dok-Lok® RHR-4000 Rotating Hook Restraint incorporates a shadow hook which adds another layer of protection against trailer separation accidents. In addition to having the most substantial wrap on rear-impact guards, the unit secures intermodal containers with rear-impact guard obstructions. Product features include:
- Rotating hook - It secures a semi-trailer or intermodal chassis to a loading dock by engaging the rear- impact guard (RIG) with a patented shadow hook.
- Automatic positioning - The unit is positioned automatically by a backing trailer and easily adjusts to varying RIG heights.
- Interior-mounted control panel - The hook mechanism is controlled from a control panel mounted inside the building.
- Communication system - The Rite-Vu™ Light Communication System provides clear, constant communication of restraint status to the forklift operator when entering and exiting the trailer and comes standard with the Dok-Lok RHR-4000.
