Cleaning chemical producer and distributor Meyer Lab has acquired AmChem Industrial, a distributor of industrial and specialty chemicals, company officials announced last week.
Meyer Lab said that the addition of Atlanta-based AmChem would bolster its operations across the Southeast. AmChem serves industrial customers as well as the concrete and asphalt, food processing, and fleet wash sectors.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“AmChem Industrial has built an impressive customer base across the Southeast and Texas that strongly complements Meyer Lab’s strategic growth objectives,” Meyer Lab President Mike Miller said in a statement. “This acquisition allows us to deepen key customer relationships and better serve our customers throughout the region.”
