Chef Ming Tsai Launches Frozen Meals Line with Nestlé

Nestlé USA and award-winning chef Ming Tsai announced "Mings," a frozen meal line of "bold, authentic flavors that come together in just minutes."

The noodle-based varieties include "Spicy Dan Dan Noodles," "Spicy Beef Ramen," "Chicken Ramen" and "Sweet Chili Chicken & Broccoli." They will be available in the freezer section at Walmart stores nationwide by next month.

"When a simple fried rice dish I made at 10 years old put a smile on my friends' faces, I realized that food has the power to bring people happiness, which ultimately inspired me to become a chef," Tsai said in a statement. "Now, I'm channeling that joy with Mings frozen meals."
