This product combines a Vemag Stuffer with a Waterwheel flow divider attachment for applications requiring high-volume production. Use the Waterwheel to produce multiple lanes of formed, portioned product onto conveyors, onto make-up lines or into packaging.
The stuffer features a powerful double-screw pump which provides the highest levels of portioning accuracy. The virtually friction-free double-screw transports product extremely gently and without crushing or smearing.
The Waterwheel attachment is a flow divider that connects to the Stuffer, dividing product flow into multiple lanes with equal portions from each outlet. A servo-driven cutting system allows production at the highest speeds while forming products cleanly and evenly. The Waterwheel is capable of dividing the flow of product to any number of lanes depending on product size.
