Plastic AODD Pumps

The A100 Advanced™ Plastic air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps are specifically designed for maximum performance and efficiency. Their bolted configuration ensures total product containment, while the redesigned liquid path reduces internal friction to maximize output and efficiency. The 13-mm (1/2”) pumps have flow rates to 42.4 lpm (11.2 gpm) with maximum pressures to 8.6 bar (125 psi). They can handle solids with maximum diameters of 6.6 mm (0.06”) with a maximum dry suction-lift capability of 6.6 mm (21.5”). The pumps can be electronically controlled with a PLC for use where an electric interface is needed. The units are equipped with Accu-Flo™ technology, which employs a two-position, four-way solenoid valve that has a single operator and spring return.
