In-Line Mixer

Company's In-Line Wet Mixer features a modular shear-action mixing head which forces all product through several stages of high-speed rotors and stators to achieve a consistent and totally repeatable finished product. The mixer easily configures to match precise user viscosity requirements, this modular all-stainless steel mixer eliminates any possibility of product bypass. Assuring total particle size reduction and homogenization, the mixer can handle viscosities from 100 CPS on up with flow rates from 0.5 to 300 GPM, requiring dispersion down to one micron, with ±1% repeatability, depending upon the ingredients and application. The mixer's Modular Engineered Design™ incorporates from 1 to 12 shear-action zones.
