Batch Reactor

The T-Sensation® is a batch reactor that incorporates a scrape surface plate heat exchanger. The large amount of scraped surface area inside of the reactor and its variable speed scraped capability make this unit extremely versatile for complex and delicate products. It may be used with a reduced delta of temperature between the product and the wall of the heat exchanger for heat sensitive products such as starches, fruit bases or egg based products or it may be used with a high delta of temperature to fry onions or fry ground or diced meat. The unit has up to 150 sq ft of transfer area in 285 gallons of volume. Maximum temperatures of operation are 25 to 290ºF.
