Polymer Adhesive Supreme is a single component, no mix, thermally conductive compound with electrical insulation and resistance to impact, thermal shock, vibration and stress fatigue. The product meets NASA low outgassing requirements and is formulated to cure at temperatures between 250°F and 300°F for one hour. Bonds resistant to thermal cycling and many chemicals can be produced in a temperature range from 4K to 400° F. Thermal conductivity is 9 to 10 BTU /in/ft²/hour/°F. Its Shore D hardness exceeds 75, and compressive strength is in excess of 15,000 psi. The product is available in half pints, pints, quarts, gallons and 5-gallon containers.
