Dichloran Rose Bengal Chloramphenicol Agar

Dichloran Rose Bengal Chloramphenicol Agar (ISO) (DRBC Agar) is designed for the enumeration of viable yeasts and molds in products with a water activity above 0.95. The product complies with Bateriological Analytical Manual (BAM) and American Public Health Association (APHA) methods. Rose Bengal is incorporated with glucose, dichloran and chloramphenicol to help limit colony size and is selective against bacteria.
