The SV Series SprayDry® Nozzles are ideal for the production of dairy products, nutraceuticals, powdered beverages and other foods. The products produce a hollow cone spray with uniform drop size distribution. To extend production runs, the units are designed to resist clogging. Assembly and disassembly are quick and easy and will reduce maintenance time. A hand-tight design eliminates the need for special tools. More than 700 swirlchamber and orifice combinations are available with flow rates from 15.6 to 968 gph at 1,000 psi. Spray angles range from 55° to 90°.
