3-A Symbol Certificate Data

The public can now use a searchable database to find a complete list of specific models and names authorized to display the 3-A Symbol for more than 500 licenses. The symbol indicates that all equipment conforms to specific sanitary standards for dairy and food processing equipment and meets the provisions of the program. Data is searchable by standard number and equipment type, company name and authorization or certificate number.
