Loaf Former

A typical Loaf Forming line includes a Vemag Filler, inline grinding and separating attachments, as well as a portioning and cutting device. The grinding and separating process is integrated into the forming and portioning process, resulting in the last cut occurring just before forming for good product quality with good color, a clear structure, even particle distribution and reduced smear. The separation grinder frinds, separates and portions large quantities of meat for a production rate up to 4 tons per hour.
