- Non-corrosive frames and parts
- Stainless steel, double-wall air insulated, 20 ft. fry tank (6.096 m)
- Microprocessor unit with human-machine interface
- 3/4 inch air line at 35 to 40 cubic ft./min. (0.991 to 1.13 cubic m/min.)
