The Meat Product Rack Cooker is custom-built to meet specific requirements. The unit is constructed of stainless steel T-304 and jacketed for steam or hot water. The product is insulated and features evenly spaced inner compartments. A heat transfer surface lower sidewall and bottom head will be supplied with dimpled heat transfoer surface with manifolds and connections included. Heat transfer is designed, tested, fabricated and code stamped in accordance with ASME Regulations for 40 PSIG at 200°F.
