This high-volume material mixing system is fully integrated with twin, high-speed 2,500 lb. capacity box dumpers and two 8 in. diameter discharge spouts to completely process, from introduction to downstream supply, 25,000 lbs. per hour of homogeneously blended material. Integrated automation controls every process action, from container dumping, level sensing and mix auger sequencing to operation of the discharge valves. Within the mixer, a 14 in. diameter auger mixes semi-free-flowing material in a 15 in. diameter, a 10-gauge mix tube. In-feed scoop blades at the base of the mixing auger and broad-throw dispersion paddles at the top of the mixing auger ensure a homogeneous and consistent blend supply to downstream processes. A 30 HP, TEFC motor ensures reliable, extended-duty performance.
